Biography of a talented Artist
Eleanor (known as "Pete") was born Indianapolis, Indiana and made her home in Avon, Indiana for the majority of her life until her passing in 2007. Her husband, Robert, and daughter Sally, son Robert Jr., are still with us. She also has a grandson, Jim, living in Waterloo Illinois. She was a student of internationally known artist Bill Pattinson. She had studied with Chris Paul and Garrett Everdon at Ball State University. Eleanor worked in oil, acrylic, pen and ink, as well as graphite.

She had received many awards in art shows throughout the state of Indiana. She was are recipient of the CATS Award (Creative Arts Teaching Seminar) as well as "People Choice Award" while displaying her art in Nashville, Indiana at the Paint Box Art Gallery. Her paintings grace many homes throughout the country including Illinois, Ohio, Florida, Michigan, Washington & Hawaii.
